Call diversion costs

If you use call diversion to direct unanswered calls to Turnkey Receptionist, your telephone company will charge you a diversion cost. This is usually the same as the cost of dialing the number you are diverting to and depends on the plan that your telephone company has for you. Some business land lines or mobiles include unlimited calls, in which case the diversion will attract no additional charges.
