Now I don’t tend to complain about phone handling as, well as you might know, I know the struggle.  However, there have been more times over the last two weeks or so that I have wanted to pull my hair out on the phone. Being put on hold for what feels like hours at a time, being cut off, being transferred to the wrong department, appointments being booked incorrectly to name a few.
